We opened our shop on July 7, 2007 hence the name Lady Luck Tattoos. At Lady Luck, we are an old time tattoo parlor. We price our tattoos for the working person. We will give the best tattoo possible for a price that is right for you.

Also, we offer services for Permanent Make-up. This is a form of tattooing, and it should not be treated as an overpriced medical procedure.
